Consumer Watchdog has petitioned Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones a public hearing on the new program private passenger auto filings of Farmers Specialty Insurance Co.

Why shouldn’t drivers who have no at fault accidents and limited points for infractions not be given a discount on their auto insurance.  The California Insurance Commission will need to decide if Farmers Insurance Group is complying with CA law in that regard due to this petition filed by a consumer watch dog group.
