Sandusky asks Pa. high court to take his case

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) – Jerry Sandusky is asking Pennsylvania’s highest court to take up his appeal of child sex abuse conviction, saying a judge should have instructed jurors regarding the length of time it took victims to come forward.

Steven M. Sweat‘s insight:

While Jerry Sandusky has every right as  a criminal defendant now convicted of criminal child sexual abuse to have his appeals heard up to the high court, I hope that the appellate process will be quickly resolved so that the victims of his sex crimes can move on.
